I don't think that his shove is really an overbet. any raise commits him, so he may aswell charge the max for draws. This is also why I hate playing short stacked, less than 200BB in cash games just doesnt seem like enough. a 3bet c/bet and he can just shove over the top? thts not poker, it's just, will i hit the flop, yes, ok lets ship it. as for the call, I kind of like making this call sometimes (he button raised meaning he could well have a mediocre hand and be making a move. I don't think you can narrow his range to just AQ and KQ, basically Qx will ship tht flop imo or a draw like JT. Also I think your 3bet pre is slightly too big. don't spank chips away unnecessarily!
