I had only been playing him for 30 hands or so. No real info I'm afraid.

verry hard call on the river imo, what bad turn and river card for you.. I think he had AQc, i'm almost certain he had a flush

I think he could easily have JJ or 1010. Can't reaIly call. I would say best case scenario it's a chop.

My immediate reaction is the he has to have to beat as the board gets worse and worse for you. However i wonder if he is the type of player that would do this with say a A9 or A8 suited chances are probably not in your favour though but id probably make a crying call hope he is on trips or a stone cold bluff

I'd be more inclined to lead the turn as clubs is such a small part of his range in a 3 bet pot, also villain cold called a 3 bet pre flop so imo his range tends to pairs and big aces rather than suited cards unless he has exactly AcKc or AcQc imo. Obv you can't discount a flush but leading the turn gains more info and also extracts value from worse hands that might check back the turn with one club in their hand. When villain bets the turn i believe he has 2pair or better as one pair hands like aces check back for pot control alot in this spot. A hand like AJ with the Ac makes alot of sense to me. By the river you don't beat much unless he's betting AQ or AK for value. I think your beat here to maybe TT or a AJ. I don't like the line of c/c c/c 3 handed with that strong a hand. You feel compelled to pay off, betting the turn helps you aloot i think.

I tanked the river for a few seconds, really didn't think he would vbet a flush so big or have not reraised the flop with a set. He showed over 66 and said he thought I had KK/QQ.

Since he doesn't raise me on the flop I dont really put him on a set or two pair.

Turn is an action killer, but as has been said, clubs are unlikely so I decided to check and see what he does. His bet is a bit fishy so I call.

Although people say that the board gets worse and worse for me, the fact that the board paired on the river yet he still bet out didn't make much sense and allowed me to make the call.

I just didn't see a flush betting both turn and river, $45 is too big a value bet on such a dirty river with a flush. A boat didn't make too much sense, since sets and two pairs are not played like this; in general people slow down with sets on 3flush turns.

Basically, his play didn't make sense to me so I thought it was a reasonable enough call.
