I repost from your personal message since the forum thread wasn't available :

I have just watched the 7 first minutes (will watch the rest right after this comment). you 456 hand, I usually don't like than type of hand, if you want to win the pot 3 handed, you will need absolutely need to hit a 2 and a 7 : better hit the 2 cause a 7 or 8 ould be a winner but if you hit a 7 instead of the 2 : you will draw very thin : either a rough 9 or dead to 4 twos. 6 are not you friend in this game unless you are drawing pretty smooth 2346x. with that type of hand, I would try to steal the button when on the cut off position to be HU and then will draw either rough if my opponents is drawing more than 2 cards or even try to bluff. (bluffing at 0.10/0.20 is hard, they can even call with a rough Ten sometimes).
Then on the next draw you keep that pair of fours :) you can't play that hand passively multiway then make such mistake, you will rarely win unless ultra lucky :)
Concerning what you say at the beginning, when you opponent enter a pot drawing 3 cards : there are 2 cards hand and other 2 cards hand. A 2 card hand with loads of blockers is powerful : I can limp with 27KQJ but surely try to raise with 22777 cause you will be mostly like the only one to draw to a seven.

then later :

I actually stopped at 12. it became to funny :) "He has a better hand with all different suits" (how can you have diff suits with 5 cards ? :) you compare hands like at razz, reverse decimal order : 86 beat 87 any day of the week.
As folding 248 on the cut off, it's a playable hand, steal the button with it ,and at least draw once to see the action, you will play in position.
I will recommend you super system 2 for the basics of 27.
As patting 5432A you can only beat a draw that pairs on the last draw : with 4 cards in your hands you are less likely to pair and better odds to beat an Ace : you just got very lucky in this one. do the simple maths. take the example of single draw by example : a J beat anyone drawing one : you don't want to pat a Q K or A : the same applies here.

lol @ the A2345 , you had a straight and BadAce's coment is wrong , you cant beat a pair as a pair is lower than a straight , the only way you win is if the other guy has a bigger straight so you got very lucky on that one.( he must have had 34567 or similar)
I find hands like 345 are tricky as quite oftem other low cards give you a staight and if you do not hit a 2 then the best hand you can hope for is a 78 and a bad 8 can cost you .
play tight as a begginer and look for hands with the key cards of 257 , 267 etc as you cant make a straight this way.
save the stand pat bluffing for heads up pots in position into an opponent drawing 2 or 3 onth the second draw as you will get called light at this level .
You do not need all diferent suits . As long as you do not have a flush you are ok it is not like Badugi
Good Luck and it takes guts to put your game on here for every 1 to see

When was the last time you played 27 ? Ace is high, he had A5432 , and this beat any pair.

As for keeping a rainbow hand when you got pairs, it's a habit I got and I would recommend it when you will play badeucy later, you're half way there.

Wizzard : I love dealing dealer's choice with friends :)

PS : OP, keep posting them, it's not everyday we see Deuce to Seven on Pokertube. Once you get it, look at badugi it's a very close game.

PPS : for some advanced strategy tips, check Pokerroad and 2+2, those are some nice resources to check from time to time.

lol my bad on the str8 thing sorry mr ace .I play this game heaps actualy and have won a couple of low limit tournys and a fair few SnG's but I must admit I got it wrong about the straight ( I also play a lot of plo8 stud H/L and Razz games so I just see the A2345 as a wheel)

No Probs, I often get the hands wrong thinking its better than what it it Cursing

But I seem to have stopped losing, and started to win a little more. Its a great game and I like it.

Will look into other draw type games at a later date but one step at a time.Cool

Will also try and get Mal255 into the next few vids for our show over at http://www.itsawinner.co.uk
