This does happen sometimes. Here's what you do: Copy the tournament number and send a message to support. Tell them you were frozen out of the tourney and they will look into the hand histories of the tourney that you are complaining about. The only thing they can do is refund your buy in, but if it happens in a later stage of a match where dollar figures are involved, then they have to look at your position at the time of disconnection. It's a messy deal and you have every right to feel JOBBED... especially seeing that one guy taking all the chips... but if I was the only one not locked out, I would take as many chips as I could too. The site can also check into the frequency with which this guy plays when tourneys crash... in the end, online poker is never going to be 100% clean cause there are so many ways to cheat (collusions, tag teaming in big tourneys, chatting about current hands on other chat services, sharing hand histories...), but this isn't one of them. Just a glitch, stay positive and good luck at the tables.
