I should have chosen nicer words to express my opinion of course, but I'm in a shitty mood doing work experience in a hot office and this site is one of my favorite sources of procrastination, so I gave this video a go, saw the first 5 mins, then flicked through the replay to see if any interesting pots went down. I know this was just a video for fun, but OP can make videos for fun that are actually interesting to watch. I'll try and make my posts nicer and more helpful from now on.

obv no-one is going to watch more than 5 minutes but people have a right to be angry because they expect to see a decent quality video and end wasting precious minutes of their lives determining if is an absurd pile of shit like this one.

LOL. Obviously not a coaching video, play is ugly. But some people need to chill out a little bit. Maybe this video was about to point mistakes made by author or maybe it was made just for fun (it isn't funny anyway), i dont know.

We will continue posting. You know you love it. I actually think we are skillful. We are Level 12 guys, if you can't see it you must suck at poker. Study the vids again, it's deep.
Clearly we force those who hate our videos to sit through the pain. The only torture is from our opponents when we take their chips.

Wow some harsh comments indeed folks, perhaps some of you could explain the "bad" plays ect. It was only a $1.10 SNG so unless some of you guys want to ship me $100+$10 then I will play and record that game for you.
Some games don't always go the way and as some of you know I perfer the PLO and 2-7 Triple Draw games.
We just like to kick back and play and chat and hope to give some entertainment. Lets be frank (insert pun here) I dont see why this was a bad game to you guys, I did make 3rd and cashed, so what's the problem?

You could have come first or last, we're not interested in that. In fact, that's one of the fundamental things you need to change: being results oriented.
Several times said things along the lines of: 'yep, good fold, I wouldn't have hit that flop' or 'oh no, what a bad fold, I would have flopped a straight'. these are obv not actual specific examples, but that train of thought is not good for your poker game.
Its not about results, its about the quality of play.
The bet sizing is pretty spewy. A lot of the time a raise to 2.5x the BB achieves the same as a 3-4x raise. Try it from time to time.
Folding QQ: you were against two inferior hands, and will be most of the time. You simply should not fold there. If they happened to each turn over AA and KK that hand, your call still would be correct. You must consider their hand ranges, and QQ crushes them.
The reason you are getting slated is because this is primarily a poker strategy site, and quite frankly you seem to be begginers thinking on level 1. I kinda feel bad for you guys because at the end of the day you are having fun and enjoying the game, and nobody should take that away from you, so I hope you take this as constructive criticism rather than just an attack.
It would be nice to see you play a little bit higher buy in also, maybe even just up it one level.

Thanks pokertuber, I wish more would post like you.  We will try and up the ante in the next few games. I feel some more 2-7 Triple Draw and 5 Card Draw games coming soon and If I am in a good mood, some PLO as well Thanks again for the post, some may think it harsh but you made some good points and did so will no malice

Hands like K8 is worth a fold every single time, no matter what the pot odds, because it is so easily dominated. Ditto for A7o - cheeky call in early position? Try burning chips.. Also try not to play marginal hands from the small blind - after all that is the worst position in poker. GL for future videos :) Bear is gospel

I am not a beginner and do not think on level 1. We were joking when we said things like "bad fold" and "Good call it worked out". Occassionally you must limp if the players and the flop allow it. Whether I say it or not I'm looking to classify players and get reads so in the spots where a decision is needed you have something...anything to go on. Perhaps we go too far in the "funny sarcasm" thing but you guys are level 1 if you cannot see the humour.
I have over 600 poker articles in my poker archive and made my living from June 2009 until June 2010 writing about poker and that included some strategy. Poker is about volume, small edges and solid fundamentals. That can be boring to watch. Because I'm not makig $100,000 per year or more playing twenty tables making a living I refrain from coaching videos. I wouldn't give them away free anyway. Believe you me I know what I'm doing. If I wanted to post videos of my playing freerolls I would, and laugh at you all for hating watching it but sitting through the whole thing. I hope pokertube pay you well for that painful twenty minutes. It sucks that you don't enjoy our videos, but what sucks even more is you may as well write the posts without watching because you don't give it a chance in the spirit that its intended.
Personally, I disagree that pokertube is a strategy site; it is a poker video site. You should NOT take instructions from anyone who is just randomly posting videos, you need to know they are great players PLUS they are good teachers able to convey their knowledge in a way you can learn from. We are probably neither amazing players or good teachers, but we do not patronise you by trying. We have fun and Pokertube have every right to ban us and our videos if we are somehow messing up the site.
Please subscribe for more self-harming. Lol.
