I know I can bet more on the flop and turn, and to be honest I've no idea why I don't push all in on the river, but there we go -- I'll know for next time.

Players folded AK and KJ respectively lol.

i don't wanna sound like the asshole here, but your river bet is ridiculous! you only have half a potbet left anyway and the board is literally the best board i have EVER seen for pocket aces. a lone king and a couple of random undercards with absolutely no relevant draws. if this was me playing and i looked back at this hand, i would see it as a loss of $46.80.

Agreed.

When you say you literally have no idea what to put these players on... How can you put them on anything other than a lone King each? It's either that or quad fours... which of course is extremely unlikely. You should be putting your stack in here everytime. They don't fold the K very often.

As I first stated in my follow up post, I know I bet lighter than necessary and I had no idea why I didn't just push on the river, but such is life.

I think part of me was a little worried about the 4 at the time, and with hindsight obviously with no re-raise from either on both streets, a 4 is nigh on impossible there.

Appreciate the constructive criticism though. It basically confirms for me what I already knew.
