i have no idea what to put him on. its probably either a monster (which has u beat, such as AA, 33, AK, KJ or even K3)
or a missed flushdraw? im assuming a normal villain is not shoving QT, but he might.
He could spazz with some random suited Ace, most likely with spades that missed.
Sharkscoping him, leaves us with him being a low stakes fish, so i guess he could shove a random Ace here.
I think i would rely mostly on timing tells, but since we don't have any, i would cry-fold
