the mods are: connectorz, Fitzy and r00ts...so far...
I'll see what we can do to make them more "visable".
No, animated avatars will not work.

congrats on the forum, looks nice!
Some comments tough:
* forumprofiles are redirected to the pokertube profile. That's ok, but I'd consider creating some backlinks, like "posts by this user", "topics by this user"..
* loading of the forum takes rather long, this might have to do with the live calculation of "Active Discussions"? See below for possible solutions
* On the homepage and the forum, there are sections "Hot Forum Topics" and "Active Discussions", while actually the only real title would be "Latest Topics". I'd consider creating a real "Hot Forum Topics" section tough, so new users will be able to instantly see the largest / hottest topics. If you'd generate this, lets say, once or twice a day and cache it on your server, it would significantly reduce the server load as well.

Hi be, and thanks for your response.
There are backlinks from the profile: "My forum comments"...will be changed to "My forum posts". Maybe you mean something else?
Agree, loading the forum sometimes takes abit to long...not sure if it's the active discuss or just all Forums/sub-forums. We're testing with different types of caching to make this better.
See what you mean with "Latest Topics" being a better name for that list. When you say a real "Hot forum Topics" section, what do you mean should be in that? Topics with the most posts?

* I'd for example install links in the "My forum comments" sections, so people can easily reply on posts listed there.
* ok
* For "Hot Topics", maybe sth like (#posts in topic / #time) from the last week, or #thanks/#time from the last week. Basicly just a list of the "best" topics.

would help if you listed which rooms allow USA players. I was halfway through making an account on 888 when i found that there was no listing for my country. I ;know UB, FT, and Stars accept us. Any of the others? thanks

well that was fun, I just filled out my personal information, uploaded an avatar, hit submit, and the page reverted to blank. What did i do wrong?

Other than the ones you mentioned Power Poker and Poker Geezers have little us flags by them, but I understand what you mean. BTW congrats on the CC again. :)

I suggest if you are writing a lot of stuff, which I guess maybe you did, as you complained about it here, copying it into a Word document or something like that to save it from another glitch. gl.
