How to Make Excellent Poker Videos

This video tells you exactly how I make my poker videos on Pokertube. Thanks to Gareth Witty for the programs he recommended to me, they really work. If you want to produce good poker vids for FREE, then check this out.

Great video but I do have somthing to add

Now if your avi file is over 100Mb or over 60min you can split the file down using

http://www.doeasier.org/splitter/

This will allow you to split the large file into 2 or 3 seprate files and then you can encoded and upload each file.

Hope this helps

Gdog,

Good point but using the programs we use a 60 minute video should be under 100 megabytes once compressed and look ok providing you export as a beast file from BB Flashback. Windows Movie Maker also works and is a decent compressor as well if you need it, but certainly it is worth using a splitter because Microsoft Expression Encoder is such a good compressor itself!

Thats a good link Baggy, but I dont like using the codec in the info, wmv can give a great result and small size.

As long as it works, thats the main thing, now we just have to work on my lack of poker skills LOL

I used your way of doing it, the video took 2hours to export to AVI and its 21gb file. its only 30minutes long. Any tips to shorten the time of export and any reason my file is 21gb?

If you export from BBFlashback you should use a codec. Try "Microsoft MPEG Video Codec V3", the file will become a lot smaller.

If you're using Microsoft Expression Encoder to compress the file, you should look for a subfolder in which you find a wmv-file that is your compressed film.

Where can I find a better codec like Microsoft MPEG Video Codec V3? I'm using BB flash too but the files are sooo big.

Smoer, Remember to convert BB flashback files into AVI and then using Window Movie Maker export to best settings for your computer. This shrinks your file size down by a massive amount.
