From my experience Zedmaster only empty accounts become inactive, so despite you not using them in a long time, your accounts containing funds however little will still be regarded as active.
You should empty the accounts, uninstall the software, clear your cookies and cache, then try regestering via PT - perhaps even using an alternative email may be enough to stop the sites automatically recognizing you already have an account. I'm not certain of all this but if I was in your position, that's probably the route I'd go down - GL
