I usually don't c-bet more than half pot in 3-bet pots. I also sometimes mix it up with a check once in a while, even when I have the goods. That way I limit the average size of the 3-bet pots I'm playing, and I won't feel obligated to bluff when I miss the flop nearly as often.

all i'm seeing is, you raise, get 3bet, then 4bet call off with AA...i can't give you advice on how to play there :P interesting postflop spots would probably be better...AA on tricky bords or just shy away from videos on AA cuz the hands you may struggle with are alot more likely to be stuff that isn't AA
