Not wanting to be rude Cuengo but your Pre Flop PLO play is quite frankly off this scale. You over play hands you pump in almost 40% of your hand with speculative holdings and tbh it has been shown on more than one occasion on the Speed videos you get it in suppa light without knowing where you are. In the hand vs Spewy I know I am up against AA**. I also believed based on pre flop action I was also up against AA from the other player. My error and I openly admit it is playing a high variance senario at low stakes. That is simply not sensible and I should have folded when Spewy pumped it. I admit it in the video I admit it now, I made a mistake !!!! In a different environment against much better players this would not be classed as an error as such.
I could have easily not shown this hand and edited the video to make me look a lot better but I didn't. I said I would show everything warts n all. WHY ? Simple, by sharing errors as well as good fortune or good play, others can learn either directly or indectly from what has occured. I am not here to score points, I am not here to lecture. I made a promise to do these cash game videos and I am honouring that promise with mistakes included.
I don't need an explanation of why it is better to flat almost 50% of my stack pre flop to try and get the other person in, rather than shuving, it's pretty obvious. So let's not try score points here Cunego or come across as 'someone that knows better'. It's like being back at schoool mate. Blahh Blahh mine is bigger than yours, dear me come on. Let's take the video as it was intended, to share, discuss, and maybe learn something.
I made it on a generalistic basis and tried not to fill it with too much detail/depth so it would be appealing to all as this is PLO video and a lot of the audience will be NLH players. It appears that has not gone down well with some of you............
I will try to do better on the next one.
