Personally I think you played the hand fine. Couple of different ways u can play it slightly differently, but they're not necessarily better. Pre flop and flop play is standard, no changes need to be made there. Turn brings a real nasty card, all of his 10 combos come in, flush draw would hit, a bet here is really something of a 'protection bet' against hands you already beat and who realistically u will still beat on the majority of rivers. You are never getting 3 streets of value with your queens once that turn pops out, I am checking back the turn for pot control here and if he checks to u on a blank river you could make a small value bet then.
On the river... he bets 100 into 280 and u have a bluff catcher.. He never plays a 10 like that he will check call imo, the 10, K or A of spades will value bet that river (all of which are feasibly within his range) and most other spades i would have a thought a check seems more likely... so he reps quite a small value bet range so i think you could find a call. I don't think you can call a fold or a call here particuarly bad though as he may not be the type of player to take a shot bluffing with a short stack there.
On the whole, pretty standard line, unlucky turn and river
