I cbet the flop a normal size, not 400, you never catch me doing that. about 40% of pot is fine. I cbet my air on this flop, and given the texture of the flop, its one you will miss a lot.
If your cbet gets raised, you face a very polarised range, especially given that you have quads. He isn't going to raise a normal cbet (which gives a balanced range, your bet can illicit all sorts of reactions, hard to tell whether someone if value raising or punishing weakness with that spazzy minbet) with pairs smaller than kings normally.
So given that, we normally face a range of Kx or air. You flat this to let him to continue bluff his air, and value bet his Kx hands. If you 3bet the flop as you did, you normally get him to fold his air, as he no longer has fold equity to bluff you.
Now I know we will see a response along the lines of 'he did raise me, he had 99, you're analysis is wrong.' If this is the case, you watch too many Dabeear videos.
This hand played out the way it did because of how you played it, and his specific holding. If he has like A high here, he probably will not raise your min bet, he happened to have one of the few hands that is strong enough that you're spazzy little min bet is letting you draw to a cheap turn and he wanted to punish it. This is not to say I approve of villains line here ofc. Its important to let people bluff in these spots and to maintain a balanced range. You did neither of these things with your cbet and your flop 3bet.
I'm also not isolating w/55 here probably. But aggressive poker is something I will rarely condemn.
